The Bilingual Intern will provide technical and operational support for the execution of the OBR Project. The OBR Africa project is a project funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to improve digital payment systems in the health sector beginning with polio outbreak campaigns. The objective of this project is to deploy innovative digital payment systems to improve the timely payment of frontline polio campaign workers and reduce the leakage of funds by ensuring direct payment to the campaign workers. On this project, we also provide project management and coordination support to track the progress of activities of other partners. The activities of the Bilingual Intern will involve the day-to-day execution of all the program’s workflows.

The Human Resources (HR) Officer will support integrated HR strategies across Learning & Development (L&D), Employee Engagement, and HR Business Partnering. Working with the rest of the team, the role will create and deliver HR processes, projects, and interventions that fulfill SCIDaR’s Talent Management strategy as a subset of its overall organizational strategies and goals.

The In-Country Consultant – Enabling Environment Advisor will be embedded in-country (typically within or closely aligned to the Ministry of Health/Family Planning (FP) unit). They will lead the country-level effort to advance the enabling environment for DMPA-SC/SI scale-up, with a strong focus on regulatory and policy reforms, coordination, data systems integration (HMIS/LMIS), and sustainable financing mechanisms. This is a strategic and hands-on technical role requiring a combination of high-level engagement with stakeholders and practical execution support. The consultant will also support the program manager and the RRT by contributing to the development and implementation of market landscaping, stakeholder mapping, advocacy, and sustainable financing activities. The role will require high-quality research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with in-country partners.

SCIDaR is seeking to engage a suitable, qualified, and skilled MERL Associate to support our programs and projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and impact of our initiatives by implementing robust monitoring and evaluation systems, conducting research, and facilitating organizational learning.

The MERL Associate will work cohesively with the program manager and staff across relevant teams to ensure efficient and effective supervision of research project, and supervision of data  enumerators. The job may also include extensive writing assignments such as scientific articles; research protocols; compelling case studies; program reports; among others.

The ACCESS program is focused on improving access to family planning (FP) and comprehensive post-abortion care (PAC) through primary health care (PHC) services. The M&E focal person will contribute to the development of the MEL framework and data collection tools, and will be responsible for the monitoring, evaluation, learning, and capacity management activities in the assigned state of the program. This position ensures that critical data are collected, validated, analyzed, and used to inform evidence-based programming and learning.

The Technical Lead is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across all implementing State Executive Councils (SECs) in Nigeria and in other countries where the CRoWN initiative is operational or expanding. S/he will directly support the SECs and the CRoWN Board to ensure alignment with initiative objectives, promote adoption at scale, and maintain fidelity of implementation.

The IT Graduate Intern (Full-Stack Development) will support the ICT team in designing, developing, and maintaining internal digital tools and web applications used across SCIDaR's programs and operations. This role provides immersive, hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development ranging from building user interfaces to working with databases and server-side logic. The intern will assist with writing clean, efficient code; collaborating on system integration; debugging and testing features; and maintaining documentation for deployed tools.
