The Country Director will be responsible for Solina’s strategic positioning, operational setup, and program execution in Niger. This role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of public health, health systems strengthening, donor engagement, and business development. The Country Director will oversee all Solina projects in Niger, build relationships with government and donor stakeholders, ensure operational efficiency, and drive business growth.  

The IT audit & Compliance officer will manage the execution of the audit and compliance functions, communicate with the internal audit lead and management on findings, monitor, and report the progress of compliance of staff and departments.  

The Program Associate will provide technical and operational support for the execution of assigned SCIDaR programs. This will involve the day-to-day management of all program workflows and the provision of direct oversight for program analysts and interns who are executing assigned program activities.  

The Kano State Lead will provide strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight for all project activities in the state. This includes ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of the MDA campaign while working closely with the program manager, government stakeholders, relevant partners, and local teams. The State Lead will also ensure that all activities are implemented in compliance with project protocols, ethical guidelines, and safety standards. Furthermore, the State Lead will be responsible for fostering collaboration among stakeholders, addressing challenges, and ensuring the timely delivery of project goals. 

The Finance Intern provides first level echnical financial management and supervision to colleagues, clients and stakeholders of SCIDaR. S/he will work directly with the Head of Finance to provide guidance on funding information, budgetary control and management, regulatory compliance, monitoring of expenditures, financial reporting, project accounting and cash management, cost analysis and compliance for all projects across SCIDaR to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources in line with SCIDaR financial management policies and procedures.

The Personal Assistant will enhance the Principal’s effectiveness by providing various levels of the organization, coordination, and management support, including representing the executive to internal and external stakeholders. S/he will aim to simplify the day-to-day interactions of the Principal by providing frictionless support and ensuring that tasks and projects are on track using a high degree of professionalism, initiative, and independence.

The Access to Finance Associate will be responsible for the design, implementation, supervision, and communication for access to finance programs. The role will support and coordinate engagement between SCIDaR, financial institutions, and target recipients, with a focus on health for the purpose of developing and launching viable access to finance products, with a focus on micro-credit. S/he will coordinate with the financial institutions in developing project-specific financial products for targeted participants of the project and promoting and tracking the deployment and repayment of loan products in the project.

The Assistant Legal Officer will provide support to the legal team by conducting research, reviewing policies, and assessing legal frameworks with a focus on health, education, policy and human rights law. The role requires a keen interest in policy development, legal research, and analysis of laws and policies relating to health, education, human rights, social justice, and related areas. The candidate will contribute to projects that review and shape laws and policies to align with best practices and international human rights standards.

The Bilingual Intern will provide technical and operational support for the execution of the OBR Project. The OBR Africa project is a project funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to improve digital payment systems in the health sector beginning with polio outbreak campaigns. The objective of this project is to deploy innovative digital payment systems to improve the timely payment of frontline polio campaign workers and reduce the leakage of funds by ensuring direct payment to the campaign workers. On this project, we also provide project management and coordination support to track the progress of activities of other partners. The activities of the Bilingual Intern will involve the day-to-day execution of all the program’s workflows.

The Communications Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the communication of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). They will execute the CEO’s brand guideline, ensuring the CEO’s voice and message resonate effectively with all stakeholders. The Communications Specialist will develop compelling narratives and messages for diverse audiences, manage media inquiries and cultivate positive media coverage, and draft speeches and presentations that reflect the CEO's vision.
